Digital Explorers is an ICT-focused knowledge and talent exchange initiative between the Baltics and like-minded partner countries, leading the digital revolution in their respective parts of the world.

In 2024 Iraq Edition sought to create an enabling environment for digital talent development and mobility partnership between Lithuania and Iraq by providing Iraqi youth with advanced digital skills training while strengthening Iraq’s higher value-added digital economy and relations between the ICT sectors of the two countries.

The project suoght to connect Kenya and Lithuania for a mutually beneficial knowledge exchange on public sector digitalisation by preparing a tailored GovTech model with the involvement of various Kenyan IT ecosystem stakeholders.

The project created a supportive setting for cooperation and knowledge exchange for improved labour migration throughout the EU by producing an analysis of EU member states’ migration systems. The project was led by the European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM), with OSMOS contributing expertise on the migration systems of the Baltic states.

The Baltics-EU-Africa Trialogue Project aimed to facilitate greater Baltic participation in the EU-Africa partnerships building through analysis based inclusive policy discussions, which served as a method to co-create specific policy tools together with Baltic stakeholders.

During the "Africa is not a country" educational program 47 motivated Lithuanian school students participated in journalistic storytelling workshops from which two of the best young journalists had a chance to travel to Uganda to create professional journalistic stories together with a team of seasoned journalists and OSMOS experts.
